Team Leader Warehouse for Reputed E-commerce Company in Saudi Arabia

Available Position:

• Team Leader Warehouse

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily checkups and attendance reports to Amazon.
• Address and follow up on worker queries or issues, including ATM, GOSI claims, updating passports, and worker’s strikes.
• Manage family visas and COCs for requested letters.
• Communicate necessary information and services requested by management from workers.
• Oversee worker health issues, salary, iqama, and investigation reports.
• Handle client issues, introduction letters, worker leave requests, and medical insurance issues.
• Deliver SAED information to workers, register in QIWA, and handle violations and final exit procedures.
• Manage worker illegal issues, runaways, and deaths, ensuring proper documentation and communication.

Requirements:

• Basic English communication skills are a must.
• Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar role.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage a team effectively.
• Age limit: Up to 35 years preferred.

Salary:

• SAR 1500 + 300
• Additional benefits include food allowance, free accommodation, transportation, and medical insurance provided by the company.
