Job Description for Hiring for Restaurant Department

Al Hudaif HR Consultancy is hiring for top restaurants in Saudi Arabia. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced hospitality professionals. Interviews will be conducted via Zoom, and attractive salary packages are offered.

Available Positions:

1. HEAD CHEF
   • 10 years of experience in different cuisines with at least 2 years in the Gulf.
   • Must have knowledge of Asian, American & Italian Cuisine with a minimum of 5 years in the restaurant field.
   • Age Limit: Less than 45 years.
2. SENIOR CDP or JR SOUS CHEF (Assistant Head Chef)
   • 5 years of experience in Gulf in Continental Cuisine.
   • Age Limit: Not more than 35 years.
3. COMMI CHEF (Continental)
   • 3 years of experience in Continental cuisine and at least 2 years in the Gulf.
   • Age Limit: Not more than 28 years.
4. COMMI (Bakery & Pastry)
   • 2 years of experience in bakeries or similar roles in the Gulf.
   • Age Limit: Not more than 28 years.
5. DISHWASHER
   • Experience in restaurants or hotels.
   • Must know basic English and be in good health.
   • Age Limit: Not more than 25 years.
6. CLEANER
   • Experience in restaurants or hotels.
   • Must know basic English and have a good appearance.
   • Age Limit: Not more than 25 years.
7. BUTLER
   • Experience in a 5-star hotel in India and must hold an Indian driving license.
8. SERVICE CREW
   • Open for freshers and experienced candidates in hospitality service.
9. COMMI CHEF (Italian Cuisine)
   • Experience in Italian cuisine like pizza preparation, etc.
