Position: Catering Manager
Salary: USD 2500
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in catering operations, including at least 5 years in an offshore or remote environment.
- Proven track record in managing large-scale catering operations and leading diverse teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Catering, or a related field. Additional certifications in offshore catering, food safety, or health and safety regulations preferred.
- HACCP Level 3 or higher certification required.
- Ability to manage 5-7 rigs simultaneously.
