- Hotel Management background. Age 40 and above with GCC experience and computer knowledge.
- Pastry Chefs:
- GCC experience or experience in a star hotel in India.
- South Indian Cooks:
- Specialized in Breakfast dishes.
- Gardeners, Admin Clerks, General Indian Cook:
- Required GCC experience.
- Waiters/Waitresses:
- Ability to speak English and 2 years of experience.
- Room Boys:
- 2 years of experience and manageable English-speaking skills.
