The selected candidates will be provided with free food and accommodation, and the license is valid until 16/05/2027.
Positions, Requirements, and Salaries:
For a Fine Dining Restaurant:
- F&B Cost Controller:
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in 4/5 Star Hotels.
- Skills: Proficiency in accounts.
- Salary: To be discussed.
- Sous Chef:
- Specialty: Continental Cuisine in fine dining or star hotels.
- Salary: 550 KD + 100 KD Incentives.
- Continental Commi-I:
- Experience: Minimum 3 years as Commi- in Continental Kitchen in fine dining or star hotels.
- Salary: 150 KD + 30 KD Incentives.
For Rig Catering:
- Cooks – Continental: 200 KD
- Camp Boss: 170 KD
- Assistant Cooks (Conti): 140 KD
- Laundry Men: 120 KD
- Waiters: 110 KD
- Room Boys: 105 KD
Candidates with rig catering experience are preferred for the above-mentioned positions in Rig Catering.
