- Minimum of 4 years of Arabic cuisine experience in a 4 or 5-star hotel kitchen.
- Experience in a wide range of Lebanese dishes, including appetizers, main courses, & desserts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in Arabic and English is a plus.
