Positions Available:

1. Contracts Manager (Oil & Gas Facilities Maintenance)
   • Requirements: B.E (Mechanical) with 10-15 years of managerial experience in FMM Services, MEP jobs for Oil Field/petrochemical industry, large building, commercial properties facilities.
2. QA/QC Engineers (ISO 9001:2015 IRCA Internal/Lead Auditor)
   • Requirements: B.E (Mech./Elect.) with 10 years of FMM operations experience in Oil & Gas projects. Implementing QMS procedures and developing quality control plans.
3. Quantity Surveyor Engineers
   • Requirements: B.E Mech./Elect with 10 years of experience in QS work for FMM Projects.
4. HVAC Service Engineers
   • Requirements: B.E (Mech.) with 10+ years of experience in Facilities Maintenance, Troubleshooting & repair of HVAC Systems in industrial plants.
5. Electrical Service Engineers
   • Requirements: B.E (Elect) with 10 years of experience in Facilities Maintenance, Troubleshooting & repair of Electrical Systems including lighting, power distribution, Control Systems etc. of Industrial Plants.
6. Mechanical Service Engineers
   • Requirements: B.E. (Mech.) with 10 years of experience in Facilities Maintenance, Troubleshooting & repair of Mechanical Systems-Pumps, Compressor & Piping Systems of Industrial Plants.
7. HVAC Supervisors
   • Requirements: 3 years Diploma (Mech.) with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Operation and Maintenance of HVAC & Electro-Mechanical equipment.
8. Electrical Supervisors
   • Requirements: 3 years Diploma (Elect) with 5+ years of experience in Operation & Maintenance of 33kV/11kV/440 volts substation with Transformer, RMU, LV panel, SMDB, DBS, UPS, Battery Bank, Generator with latest electronics modules.
9. Mechanical Supervisors (Plumbing & Irrigation)
   • Requirements: 3 years Diploma with 5+ years of experience in Operation and Maintenance of CHW & Booster Pumps, Motors, Plumbing & Irrigation systems, PRV, Butterfly & PICV valves.
10. Electrical Foremen
    • Requirements: 3 years Diploma with 5+ years of experience in Preventative Maintenance of MV/LV switchboards, Switchgears, MCC’s, Power Transformers, Battery Chargers & Batteries, Air Circuit Breakers, MCCB’s, draw out mechanisms.
11. Document Controllers
    • Requirements: Graduate with 5+ years of experience in taking care of PPM activity, data entry & monthly report. Experience in Maxima, CAFM, SAP advantageous.
12. MEP Maintenance Planners
    • Requirements: 3 years Diploma with 5+ years of experience in all PPM activities of HVAC, MEP Installation, data entry & monthly report. Experience in Primavera, Maxima, CAFM, SAP advantageous.
13. Commercial Assistant
    • Requirements: B.Com with 5-10 years of experience in PPM activity, purchase request, material enquiry & monthly report etc. Able to attend calls, register complaints etc. using CAFM/SAP.
14. Procurement Officers
    • Requirements: Graduate or Diploma with 5+ years of experience in procurement activities in large Facilities Maintenance Contracts for commercial complex / Oil field factories / IT Parks/Hospitals/ massive housing projects.
15. Store Keeper
    • Requirements: Graduate with a minimum of 5 years of good knowledge in warehouses handling goods receipt, inspection of materials. Knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing materials.
