Job Description:

Greenline Placements is urgently seeking qualified candidates for various positions at a ready mix concrete plant for a reputed company in KSA. The ideal candidates should possess a minimum of 5 years of GCC experience in ready mix concrete plant operations.

Key Responsibilities for Ready Mix Concrete Plant:

For QC Manager:

• Oversee quality control processes and ensure adherence to standards.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of materials and processes.
• Implement quality management systems and procedures.

For Batch Plant Foreman:

• Supervise batch plant operations and personnel.
• Ensure efficient production and quality of concrete mixes.
• Manage inventory and coordinate with suppliers.

For Batch Plant Operator:

• Operate batch plant machinery and equipment.
• Monitor production processes and make adjustments as needed.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting.

For Concrete Technician:

• Test concrete mixes for compliance with specifications.
• Conduct field and laboratory tests.
• Prepare and maintain accurate test records.

For Maintenance Foreman:

• Supervise maintenance activities and personnel.
• Schedule and oversee preventive maintenance and repairs.
• Ensure equipment and machinery are in optimal working condition.

For Lab Technician:

• Perform laboratory tests on concrete samples.
• Maintain lab equipment and supplies.
• Record and report test results.

For Ice Plant Operator:

• Operate and maintain ice plant equipment.
• Ensure continuous production of ice for concrete mixing.
• Perform routine checks and maintenance.

For Loader Operator:

• Operate loader machinery for material handling.
• Load and unload materials safely and efficiently.
• Perform regular maintenance and safety checks.

For Plant Electrician:

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards.

For Serviceman:

• Perform routine service and maintenance tasks.
• Assist with repairs and troubleshooting.
• Maintain service records and documentation.

For Material Receiver:

• Receive and inspect incoming materials.
