Position: Various Positions Available

Age Requirements: 25-30 years for most positions, 26-30 years for some positions

1. Handyman

• Requirements: ITI with 5 to 8 years of experience
• Capable of attending to maintenance tasks including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and civil works.

2. BMS Operator (Building Management System)

• Requirements: Diploma in Electrical/Electronic with 5 to 8 years of experience
• Experienced in handling JCI & Siemens systems, carrying out minor BMS fault rectification, and monitoring equipment connected with BMS.

3. Plumber

• Requirements: ITI with 3 to 5 years of experience
• Capable of repairing/replacing pipes and sanitary fixtures, and rectifying water leakages.

4. All-Rounder Mason

• Requirements: ITI with 5 to 8 years of experience
• Capable of tile replacements and minor civil repairs.

5. Furniture Carpenter

• Requirements: ITI with 5 to 8 years of experience
• Able to repair furniture, perform lock repairs, and carry out gypsum/plywood, MDF works.

6. Painter

• Requirements: ITI with 5 to 8 years of experience
• Experienced in oil, texture, and water-based painting.
