1. Team Leader

• Salary: SAR 4000-4700 (total package includes housing and transport).
• Job Description:
  • Complete shift management for assigned shifts.
  • Ensure timely put-away and pickup of stock transfers.
  • Adherence to all warehouse SOPs in case of excess/shortage or damages.

2. Supervisor

• Quantity: 40
• Salary: SAR 6000-6500 (total package includes housing and transport).
• Job Description:
  • Own end-to-end responsibilities of store operations.
  • Manage a team of shift team leaders, logistics associates, delivery associates, warehouse staff, and cashiers.
  • Ensure all protocols related to inventory security audits.

General Requirements

• Experience: Candidates must have experience in e-commerce companies, preferably from Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, Amazon, or Swiggy.
• Duty Hours: 08 hours/day, 06 days/week.
• Contract: 02 years.
• Passport: ECR/ECNR any.
