  • Skills: Must be proficient in attending to AC breakdowns.

Chiller Technician (Salary: 150 – 200 BD)

  • Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of experience in Chiller systems.
  • Skills: Must know how to handle chiller breakdowns efficiently.

BMS Technician (Salary: 250 – 300 BD)

  • Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of experience specifically in BMS systems, not just BMS Operators.
  • Skills: Expertise in managing and troubleshooting BMS systems.
