Requirements:
- Degree in respective discipline with minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Reviewing construction drawings and preparing BOQS, MTOS, etc.
- Prepare resource requirements for the activities as per the detailed Level-IV schedule.
- Preparing cost estimate of the project.
- Calculating labor units based on the quantity of the job to be done.
- Liaising with construction managers, clients, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Preparing reports, analyses, budgets, etc.
- Documenting any changes in design and updating budgeted quantities.
