Eligibility Criteria:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Polymer, Chemical, or related Engineering field.
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years in process engineering, particularly in plastic recycling (PET Recycling) or similar manufacturing environments.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement production plans and schedules for the PET hot washing line, optical and flake bottle sorters, and associated machinery.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot process issues to ensure smooth operations.
- Oversee the installation of new machinery, ensuring safety and environmental compliance.
- Lead and mentor junior operation staff to foster learning and development.
- Coordinate with the maintenance team for inventory management of spare parts and supplies.
- Document all production activities, analyze data, and predict future maintenance needs.
- Stay updated on industry trends and PET recycling advancements.
