Job Description for Hiring HVAC Project and Service Engineers
Positions Available:
- HVAC Project Engineer
- Salary: BHD 400
- Qualification: Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering
- Experience: 6–7 years as an HVAC Project Engineer (Gulf experience is a plus)
- Requirements:
- Expertise in HVAC systems, ISHRAE & AMCA standards
- Skilled in design review, project execution, and quality control
- Experience in VRF, DX units, and ventilation installations
- Ability to manage projects in residential, commercial, warehouse, and hospital settings
- HVAC Service Engineer
- Salary: BHD 500
- Qualification: Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering
- Experience: 5–7 years
- Requirements:
- Expertise in DX air conditioning systems (ducted, package, VRF, mini-split, window)
- Skilled in DX retrofit job quoting and spare parts procurement
- Proficient in managing maintenance teams, service calls, and AMC planning
- Experience in handling 25–30 calls daily with an 8-technician team
