1. HVAC Supervisor

• Experience: Minimum 6 years
• Skills Required:
  • Expertise in equipment operation, maintenance & troubleshooting
  • Knowledge of system overhauls
• Qualification: ITI/Diploma/B.Tech with technical training

2. HVAC/Chiller Technician

• Experience: Minimum 5 years
• Skills Required:
  • Maintenance & troubleshooting experience
  • Knowledge of PPM (Planned Preventive Maintenance) & CM (Corrective Maintenance)
• Qualification: ITI/Diploma with technical training

3. BMS Technician

• Experience: Minimum 8 years (5 years GCC experience mandatory)
• Skills Required:
  • Maintenance, troubleshooting, PPM & CM experience
  • Building Management System expertise
• Qualification: ITI/Diploma/B.Tech with technical training
