Job Description: Greenline Placements is urgently seeking a qualified Janitorial / Housekeeping Supervisor Job for a reputed company in KSA. The ideal candidate should possess at least 5 years of experience in a similar role in 5-star hotels and must be proficient in English.

Key Responsibilities for Housekeeping Supervisor Job:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping staff.
• Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation are maintained in all areas.
• Train and mentor housekeeping staff to follow proper procedures and protocols.
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure adherence to established standards.
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Prepare and submit reports on housekeeping activities, including areas cleaned, supplies used, and any issues encountered.
• Develop and implement cleaning schedules and standard operating procedures.
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following and enforcing standards and procedures.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in 5-star hotels.
• Proficiency in English is mandatory.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work flexible hours and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Knowledge of housekeeping standards and practices in the hospitality industry.
