   • 5+ years’ experience in Installing and Maintaining UPS Systems (Uninterruptible Power Supply)
2. UPS Technicians
   • ITI (Electrical)
   • 5-6 years’ experience in Operation & Maintenance of UPS System Installation, Testing & Commissioning
3. Fire Alarm Technicians
   • ITI (Electrical)
   • 7+ years’ experience in Operation and maintenance of addressable & conventional fire alarm system
4. Chiller Compressor Mechanics
   • ITI
   • 5+ years’ experience in Chiller Compressors (Reciprocating, Screw & Centrifugal) of make Carrier, Trane, Bitzer etc.
5. Mechanical Technicians
   • ITI
   • 5-6 years’ experience in operation & maintenance of pumps, compressors, kitchen & laundry equipment, boilers, water treatment plants, medical gassings etc.
6. Audio/Video Technicians
   • ITI (Electrical)
   • Proven experience as an AV technician in Hotels managing conference / Auditorium / Halls, preferably in event management or corporate settings.
7. Plumbers

   • Experience in pipeline repairing like HPVC, copper, HDPE / Repair & installation of all plumbing assessors like basin mixer, concealed mixer, water heater/pumps.
8. Mason (Block & Plaster)
   • Minimum 5 years’ experience in brick block & plastering
9. Furniture Carpenter
   • Minimum 5 years’ experience in furniture installations and F18 repairs.
