JOB OPPORTUNITY: CNC MACHINE OPERATOR / PROGRAMMER & OPERATOR – SAUDI ARABIA
CNC MACHINE OPERATOR
- High School / ITI and/or Diploma required.
- Training provided for CNC Operations.
- Face-to-face client interview on February 13th & 14th, 2024, at Jerry Varghese Chennai Office.
- Client: World-class Oil Tool manufacturing facility.
CNC PROGRAMMER & OPERATOR
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years experience as CNC Machine Programmer / Operator.
- Working knowledge of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing.
- Ability to read blueprints, safety rules, and procedure manuals.
- Sets up and operates CNC machines for fabrication of metallic parts.
- Troubleshoots and resolves mechanical problems.
- Good fluency in English required.
Responsibilities Include:
- Loading raw materials into the CNC machine.
- Inputting product design into computer modeling software.
- Selecting and loading cutting tools.
- Adjusting machine settings.
- Completing quality control tests.
- Training new staff on machine operation.
- Adhering to IMS Policies / Procedures / Standards.
Skills Required:
- Strong communication & mechanical skills.
- Blueprint reading.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, SolidWork, Solidcam.
- Troubleshooting experience.
- Tool installation and alignment.
- CNC machine setup.
