Position: Camp Boss
Background Required: Catering
Major Responsibilities:
- Supervision of food preparation, service, and control of cleaning accommodation.
- Overseeing utility areas such as toilets, recreation, dining, kitchen, and stores.
- Maintaining records, paperwork, and stores as per the company’s standards.
- Preparation of cyclic menus.
- Ability to prepare, receive, and issue food items based on requirements.
- Control over cleaning materials and disposables.
- Excellent communication skills, establishing good relationships with clients and addressing requests and complaints promptly.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Relevant qualifications.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in reputed hotels or catering companies.
