A renowned National EPC & Maintenance Contractor in Qatar is hiring Lead Workers for projects in the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Fertilizer, and Power industries. This is a free recruitment, and no sub-agents are involved.
Position Available:
- Lead Worker (JRE31720)
Eligibility Criteria:
- Qualification: High School / 3-year Technical Diploma
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in Refinery, Petrochemical, Oil & Gas plants, or related industries
- Familiar with Oil & Gas/Petrochemical work environments
- Strong computer skills and typing speed
- Experience in technical documentation and control
- Knowledge of English (Speaking/Reading)
- Ability to communicate with work crews effectively
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct toolbox talks before work begins to ensure crew members understand safety guidelines
- Ensure all workers sign the PTW (Permit to Work) system before starting
- Monitor plant alarms and educate workers on emergency equipment and evacuation routes
- Take responsibility for identifying emergency alarm locations
- Maintain proper technical documentation and control
