Job Descriptions:

1. Senior Estimator

• Salary: 10,000 SAR + OT fixed
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in a relevant field
• Responsibilities:
  • Liaison with other departments for specialist advice
  • Prepare comprehensive BOQ to avoid missing items/prices
  • Prepare RFQ for subcontractors and follow-up
  • Prepare draft quotations
  • Share knowledge for continual improvement
  • Estimate chemical cleaning and pre-commissioning RFQs
  • Estimation for various cleaning and decontamination activities
  • Equipment and materials procurement and cost estimation

2. Project Manager/Leader

• Salary: 15,000 SAR + OT fixed
• Experience: Minimum 12 years in project management with focus on industrial shutdowns
• Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field
• Responsibilities:
  • Knowledge of reactors, pipelines, and various industrial equipment
  • Hands-on experience in planning and high-pressure activities
  • Strong understanding of shutdown planning
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in project management software
  • Strong problem-solving and client management skills

3. Senior Project Planning Engineer

• Salary: 6,000 SAR + OT fixed + Food, Accommodation, Transportation
• Experience: Minimum 7 years in shutdown and T/A, 3 years in project handling
• Responsibilities:
  • Develop project plans and schedules
  • Create detailed reports on budgets and timelines
  • Develop risk management plans
  • Communicate with stakeholders on project updates
  • Prepare and present project proposals to clients

4. Chemical Cleaning Service Manager

• Salary: 15,000 SAR + OT fixed
• Experience: Minimum 12 years in chemical cleaning operations, 6+ years in managerial roles
• Responsibilities:
  • Expertise in chemical cleaning processes and safety protocols
  • Proven success in lead generation and profit goals
  • Proficient in project management tools
  • Skilled in multitasking and working under pressure
  • Strong client management and leadership skills

Contract Period:

• 2 years
• Duty: 10 hours/day, Friday and Saturday off
