- AC Technician
- Qualification: ITI with 5-6 years of experience
- Responsibilities:
Maintenance and troubleshooting of air-cooled and water-cooled chillers, VRF & Centralized AC units, control wiring, brazing, and coil replacement.
- Swimming Pool Technician
- Qualification: ITI with 5 years of experience
- Responsibilities:
Maintenance of swimming pools, chemical dosing, cleaning, vacuuming, and pump operations.
- Electronics Technician
- Qualification: ITI in Electronics with 5 years of experience
- Responsibilities:
Building services operations and maintenance (Hard FM).
- LV Electrician
- Qualification: ITI certificate or equivalent with 8 years of experience
