1. FM Manager
   • Qualifications: BE/B.Tech (Mech/Elect)
   • Experience: 10+ years (at least 4 years as Manager)
   • Requirements: Must have CAFM system experience. Capable of planning, executing, and monitoring all activities involved in reactive & planned preventative maintenance.

2. FM Supervisors
   • Qualifications: ITI/Diploma/Degree
   • Experience: 8+ years (at least 4 years as Supervisor)
   • Requirements: Must have CAFM system experience, capable of providing monthly reports and supporting technical staff.

3. MEP Multi Technicians
   • Qualifications: ITI/Diploma
   • Experience: 5+ years
   • Requirements: Hands-on experience in troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of Electrical, Plumbing, Firefighting & HVAC Equipment.

4. Electrician cum Plumbers
   • Qualifications: ITI/Diploma
   • Experience: 5+ years
   • Requirements: Experience in plumbing & electrical maintenance, able to read drawings and work independently.
