Job Description: We are seeking 10 Sales Supervisors with experience in traditional trade for our Pepsi distribution team in Bahrain. The ideal candidates should have a minimum of 2-5 years of experience in FMCG as a Sales Supervisor, with a strong understanding of traditional trade practices. Candidates must hold an MBA degree and fall within the age range of 25-39 years.
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the sales team and ensuring targets are met
- Developing and implementing sales strategies for traditional trade channels
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Training and mentoring sales representatives
- Monitoring market trends and competitor activities
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in FMCG as a Sales Supervisor
- MBA degree
- Age: 25-39 years
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Benefits:
- Starting basic salary: BD300
- Accommodation allowance: BD100
- Basic salary to be increased by BD200 after 6 months based on performance
