Contracts Engineer / Administrator for Oil & Gas Engineering Company in Saudi Arabia
Job Description:
We are seeking a Contracts Engineer / Administrator with extensive experience in the oil and gas sector for a position in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role and must have KSA Aramco experience.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Contracts Engineer / Administrator.
- Current experience in the same role.
- Must have KSA Aramco experience.
Salary: 7000 SR to 10000 SR
Duties and Responsibilities (General):
- Administer assigned contracts, ensuring continual review of progress and providing management with updates on financial, schedule, or technical difficulties.
- Monitor financial performance, conduct financial analysis (including trend analysis), and prepare project performance reports and recommendations for the executive team.
- Monitor, review, and keep relevant parties informed on the timeliness, cost, revenue, risk, progress, and performance of the project.
- Ensure that contract requirements are implemented and maintained throughout the contract period.
- Interact with client representatives and project management as necessary.
- Coordinate with designated staff on operational activities affecting contractual rights and obligations, contract performance, contract administration, and other major matters.
- Ensure all warranties, bonds, insurance guarantees, etc., are in place, maintained, and updated in compliance with the client’s requirements.
- Communicate and interact with customers post-award of the contract until project mobilization and the project manager’s assignment.
- Maintain a neat and traceable copy of all contractual documents and communication for ongoing and closed contracts.
- Prepare milestone project plans, cost control plans, and revenue projection plans before mobilization.
- Ensure invoicing aligns with the milestone revenue projection plan for every project.
- Act as the company representative after signing contracts until contract closure operations are completed.
Duties and Responsibilities (Specific):
- Provide periodic and regular reports to management on the financial and operational performance of ongoing projects.
- Perform other contract-related tasks as requested by management.
