Qualification & Experience:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Safety, Science, or Chemical Engineering (or a related field)
- Experience: Minimum 7-8 years as a Safety Trainer
- Certification: NEBOSH (IGC) Certification is mandatory
Job Responsibilities:
- Design and update safety training materials aligned with SABIC & EHSS policies
- Ensure all training complies with local EHSS regulations and SABIC internal policies
- Maintain training records, participant progress, and certification statuses
- Conduct audits and ensure compliance with industry safety standards
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills required
