Position: Sales Supervisor
Salary: 250 – 300 Omani Rials + Sales Incentives

Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of GCC experience in the Food & Beverages industry
- Proficient in handling direct sales distribution
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Management/Marketing or a related field
- Degree in Business Management preferred
Job Description:
- Manage and supervise sales team operations within the assigned territory
- Ensure all sales routes have up-to-date route plans
- Maintain correct quantity and mix of saleable products for daily servicing of outlets
- Distribute products and achieve sales targets in the assigned territory
- Ensure products’ shelf life is maintained as per company policy
- Travel with the sales team regularly, provide backup support as needed, and monitor daily expiries and cash shortages
- Ensure timely payments collection
