SENIOR MECHANICAL INSPECTOR
Our client, a leading provider of innovative solutions in Assurance, Testing, Inspection, and Certification (ATIC) services, is urgently seeking qualified candidates for the following positions:
Position: Senior Mechanical Inspector
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
- Minimum 6 years of Mechanical Plant Equipment Inspection experience in the construction of Petrochemical or Hydrocarbon facilities, or 2 years industrial/technical College Diploma plus a minimum of 12 years of experience.
- Geographic Information Systems (GIS) Project Aramco experience preferred.
- Good knowledge of codes such as ANSI B 31.3, 31.4, and 31.8, ASME Section V and IX, API 510, 70, 620, and 650, AWS D1.1.
- Relevant certifications such as AWS SCWI, CSWIP 3.2 Certified Welding Inspector, or SAUDI ARAMCO approved equivalent.
Position: Senior Electrical Inspector
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
- Minimum 6 years of Mechanical Plant Equipment Inspection experience in the construction of Petrochemical or Hydrocarbon facilities, or 2 years industrial/technical College Diploma plus a minimum of 12 years of experience.
- Good working knowledge of electrical installations including materials, methods, specifications, and hazardous location identification for oil and gas or petrochemical industries.
- Hold relevant certifications such as National Certification Program Construction Code Inspector (NCPCCI) or NFPA 70 Certified or equivalent.
Position: Mechanical – Welding / Piping Inspector
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering in a respective inspection discipline.
- At least 4 years of experience in relevant inspection discipline, or 2 years industrial/technical College Diploma plus a minimum of 8 years of relevant inspection experience.
- Good knowledge of applicable US Codes, construction, and maintenance procedures.
- Holds valid international certifications such as API 510 or API 653 or equivalent.
- Good working knowledge of quality system standards and methods.
Position: Mechanical – Coating Inspector
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering in a respective inspection discipline.
- At least 4 years of experience in relevant inspection discipline, or 2 years industrial/technical College Diploma plus a minimum of 8 years of relevant inspection experience.
- Qualified as per the requirements of SAEP-316.
- Holds valid international certifications such as CSWIP-BGAS 2 or NACE LEVEL 2 or equivalent.
- Good working knowledge of quality system standards and methods.
Position: Mechanical – Static Inspector
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering in a respective inspection discipline.
- At least 4 years of experience in relevant inspection discipline, or 2 years industrial/technical College Diploma plus a minimum of 8 years of relevant inspection experience.
- Good knowledge of applicable US Codes, construction, and maintenance procedures.
- Holds valid international certifications in API 510 or API 653 or equivalent.
- Good working knowledge of quality system standards and methods.
Position: Mechanical – Rotating Inspector
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering in a respective inspection discipline.
- At least four (4) years of experience in relevant inspection discipline, or Two (2) years industrial/technical College Diploma plus a minimum of 8 years of relevant inspection experience.
- Good knowledge of applicable US Codes, construction, and maintenance procedures.
- Holds valid international certifications in API 686.
- Good working knowledge in the design and operation of rotating equipment.
- Good working knowledge of quality system standards and methods.
Position: Senior Quality Supervisor
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is preferred.
- Must have 15 years of inspection experience with a minimum of 7 years of inspection supervision.
- Thorough knowledge of applicable US Codes, construction, and maintenance procedures.
- Knowledge of SAUDI ARAMCO applicable standards and Schedule Q is preferred.
- Certified as ASQ Quality Manager or equivalent.
- Certified ISO 9001 auditor or equivalent.
