Position: Fabrication HSE Manager
Location: Oman
Company: Group of Companies
Education: Degree in Engineering or equivalent
Experience:
- 10 to 12 years of experience in heavy fabrication activities, with at least 3 years in a managerial position
- Knowledge of international standards such as OSHA and IOGP
- NEBOSH IGC 123 passed
- ISO 45001 and 14001 Lead Auditor Qualified
- Exposure to modular fabrication and relevant experience working in a fabrication yard
- Previous experience working on large-scale or mega projects
- Knowledge of HSE requirements for heavy lifts and erection activities
- Experience in internal and external audits and third-party certification audit practices
- Effective communication skills, ability to articulate ideas clearly to various audiences
- Coaching and mentoring skills
