Positions Available:

2. Marine Engine & Gear Box Mechanics
3. Ship Propellor Technician & Mechanics

Job Descriptions:

1. Mechanical Supervisor – Ship Repair

• Qualifications: BE/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
• Experience: Extensive experience in planning and scheduling all mechanical activities, overhauling engines, and various other machinery.
• Responsibilities: Overseeing major overhauling activities, including CPP Shafting, Azimuth Thrusters, Bow Thrusters, and Dry Docking jobs.

2. Marine Engine & Gear Box Mechanics

• Qualifications: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or ITI
• Experience: Knowledge of overhauling various types of marine engines (e.g., Yammer, Niigata, Wartsila) and gearboxes (e.g., Kumera Gear Box).
• Responsibilities: Testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of marine engines and gearboxes.

3. Ship Propellor Technician & Mechanics

• Qualifications: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or ITI
• Experience: Major overhauling of Niigata Azimuth Thruster, Z-Peller, and other thruster systems.
• Responsibilities: Testing, calibration, and maintenance of propellor systems.

4. Laser Alignment Technician

• Qualifications: ITI with WELL Experience
• Experience: Main engine alignment, vertical and horizontal alignment, and chock fast calculation.
• Responsibilities: Ensuring precision alignment of marine components.

5. Hydraulic Mechanic

• Qualifications: SSC or ITI
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in hydraulic equipment used in marine applications.
• Responsibilities: Overhaul hydraulic pumps, motors, cylinders, and valves; conduct flushing and pressure testing of hydraulic lines.

6. Fire Watchers

• Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Responsibilities: Monitor and maintain safety protocols during ship repair and maintenance activities.
